Waldhart,
Darlene (Marriage - 16 June 1956)
Miss Darlene
Waldhart became the bride of Robert Kiesgen in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony
on Saturday, June 16. The Rev. Charles Koch officiated at the
double-ring ceremony, which took place in Immanuel Evangelical and
Reformed church, Greenwood. Miss Carol Wendt was the
organist.
The bride is
the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Waldhart, Greenwood. The
Waldharts lived in Abbotsford for a number of years before moving
to Greenwood. The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Earl
Kiesgen, of Neillsville.
Miss Janice
Waldhart, Milwaukee, was her sister’s maid of honor. Miss
Lois Kiesgen, Neillsville, sister of the groom, and Miss Rose
Evens, Milwaukee, cousin of the bride, were bridesmaids.
Kenneth Van
Gorder, Eau Claire, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer, and Betty
Lou Kiesgen, sister of the groom, was flower girl.
George
Herman, Chicago, cousin of the groom, served as best man, and Vern
Nolan and Chris Waldhart, brother of the bride, were groomsmen.
James Waldhart and Fred Marschke, of Rib Lake, brother and cousin
of the bride, were ushers.
Supper was
served to 75 guests in the church parlors following the
ceremony.
The couple is now living at 1114 ½ Augusta st., Racine.
