Clifford Elliott, 63, Chippewa Falls, died July 31, unexpectedly, at Spooner, following a heart attack. Funeral services were held at Chippewa Falls and burial was made at Withee in Riverside cemetery. 
 

Mr. Elliott was an employee of the Northern States Power Company and served the company as manager at the Stanley, Neillsville, and Abbotsford offices. In 1936, he became superintendent of the service and meter department at Chippewa Falls. 
 

Surviving him are his widow, four sons, among whom is Dale Elliott, of Abbotsford, two daughters, a sister and three brothers, and 16 grand children. 
 

Attending the funeral from here were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Elliott, Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Kuehnast, and Mrs. Stella Brady and daughter.
