Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bernt, Ashland, spent a week
here with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Ed
Sybeldon.
Mrs. Fred Woempner and John Habeck took Mrs.
Charles Ziebarth to St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield,
Friday. On Tuesday they took Mr. Ziebarth to Marshfield where he
could be with Mrs. Ziebarth, who underwent gall bladder surgery on
Wednesday morning. Mr. Ziebarth is staying with his son, Henry, at
Marshfield.
Mrs. R. G. Loos had as her guests, Sunday,
relatives from Menomonie, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Cropp, son, Carroll,
and Mr. and Mrs. Loren Cropp.
Mrs. Norman Lukas was discharged from St.
Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield, Thursday. Their daughter,
Joanne, was discharged the same day.
Mr. and Mrs. Al Nelson visited their
daughter-in-law, Mrs. Clarence Nelson, at St. Joseph’s
hospital, Marshfield, Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. George Vetter
accompanied them and visited Mrs. Jasper Kovacs.
Mrs. Nora Witt and Mrs. Val Wojner were hostesses
at a meeting of the Lutheran Ladies’ Aid, this
afternoon.
Miss Karin Schraufnagel was discharged from St.
Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield. She had been receiving medical
treatment there the last three weeks.
Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Erickson and daughter, Pat,
helped Carl Erickson celebrate his birthday anniversary a week ago
Sunday at Catawba.
The Misses Mary and Ann Lundahl left Tuesday
night for Chicago from where they will return to their home at
Longmont, Colo. They were visiting relatives here a few
days.
Royal Archambo, who is employed at Phillips, was
home for the week end.
Miss Emily Klinkhammer, St. Joseph’s School of Nursing, Marshfield, was here Saturday and Sunday.
