Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Buss, of Libertyville, Ill., announce the birth of a daughter, Lindsey Kay, Thursday, Dec. 20. She weighed six pounds, seven ounces. They also have two sons, Rodney and Douglas. Mrs. Buss is the former Vangel Bobbe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Bobbe.
