Bruchert, William (12 MAR 1876 - 17 DEC 1954)
At two o’clock this afternoon funeral services were conducted for William Bruchert, 78, from the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home in Owen. Rev. W. Clayton Nielsen, pastor of Nazareth Lutheran Church, Withee, officiated at the final rites while burial was made at Riverside Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Walter and Harry Bruckschlager, E. C. Olds, Pete Steger, Leon Bruchert and Lawrence Brandt of Wausau. In charge of the floral offerings were Mesdames E. C. Olds, Leon Bruchert, Walter Bruckschlager and Pete Steger.
William Bruchert was born on March. 12, 1876 in Germany and passed away Monday night at Victory Memorial Hospital in Stanley where he had been admitted two days previous. Death was due to complications of old age.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Pete Steger and Mrs. Ed Bruckschlager.
