Dodte, Elsie (August 16, 1910)

Walter Beilfuss and Miss Elsie Dodte were married Tuesday evening at 8 o’clock at the home of the bride, Rev. Risser officiating.  The bride was handsomely gowned in white chiffon over white silk and the couple was attended by Miss Olga and Bernard Dodte, sister and brother of the bride.  Mr. Beilfuss is a prominent merchant of Withee, and was fortunate in securing Miss Dodte as his bride.  She has grown to womanhood here, is a graduate of our schools and acted as principal of the north side school last year, a position that she filled in a most satisfactory manner.  The couple left on the noon train Wednesday for St. Paul and other points.  From there they will go to Withee where Mr. Beilfuss has a home in readiness.
