William Trachte, 83, Marshfield, father of Walter
Trachte of this vicinity, passed away Wednesday night, September
24, at St. Joseph’s Hospital of pneumonia.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at
St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pittsville, with Rev. A. H. Moog
officiating, and burial in Mound Cemetery. He leaves his
wife, Marshfield; a daughter, Mrs. Dan Brandt, Pittsville; and son,
Walter.
Pallbearers were: Byron and Arnold Trachte, Douglas Brandt, Grandsons, and Harold King, Frank and Harry Trachte, nephews. Flower girls were Mrs. Harold King, Mrs. Melchior Bunny, and granddaughters, Arlene, Bernice and Karen Trachte, and Marilyn and Barbara Brandt.
