Asselin, Cheryl E. (JUL 1953 - 30 DEC 1953)

Cheryl Elizabeth Asselin, five month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orville Asselin of Eau Claire died Wednesday, Dec. 30, 1953 at Madison.

Funeral services were held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday at the Golden Funeral Home, Eau Claire and at 10 a.m. the mass of angels was said at St. James the Greater Church, Father George Mathew officiating.

Surviving besides her parents are three brothers, Buddy, Donald, and Gerald, the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin of Thorp, and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Janisewski of Stanley.

Those who attended the funeral from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. Edward Asselin, Mrs. Bob Telford, Mr. Gilbert Asselin, Mrs. Lyle Asselin, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Alger, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Alger, Mr. and Mrs. Layton Asselin, Mrs. Dave Weinberger from Thorp, Mrs. Gordon Thoreson and Kathleen from Owen, Mr. Bill Weinberger from Withee, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Asselin from Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Deyo from Spring Valley, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Janisewski and Phyllis, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Janisewski, Mr. Vernon Janisewski, Mrs. Richard Sorensen, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Janisewski and Charlene, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Hatfield, all of Stanley, Mr. and Mrs. George Stanek of Augusta.
