A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Shields, Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Misericordia hospital, Milwaukee. She weighed seven pounds, 11 ounces and was named Taryn Margaret. Grand parents of the baby are Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lapp, Abbotsford; and Dr. and Mrs. G. G. Shields, Wisconsin Rapids, formerly of Abbotsford, Wisconsin.
