Bowen, Idelle Beverly (Marriage - 16 May 1957) 
 

Marriage vows were exchanged between Miss Idelle Beverly Bowen and Russell Lee Myre, Saturday, May 16. The Rev. Raymond Schulz performed the ceremony in the rectory of St. Bernard’s Catholic church at 1:00 o’clock. 
 

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Les Bowen, of Curtiss, and Mr. and Mrs. Elzeor Myre, of Abbotsford. 
 

For the occasion, the bride chose a pink dress of polished cotton, accented by a white collar. She wore white accessories and pinned a corsage of pink roses at the shoulder line of her dress. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Reichersamer attended the couple. Mrs. Reichersamer wore a white dress and light blue accessories. Red roses made up her corsage. 
 

Following the ceremony, a reception for relatives and friends was held at the Myre home. 
 

Both young people are graduates of the Abbotsford high school, class of 1957. They are making their home in Abbotsford. The groom is employed at the American Box Board Company, at Colby.
