Kiehl, Lester N. (12 Sept. 1906 - 2 June 1957) 
 

Funeral services for Lester N. Kiehl, 50, Auburndale, who died Sunday morning of a brain hemorrhage, were held Wednesday afternoon at St. John’s Lutheran church, at Auburndale. Burial was made at Hillside cemetery, Marshfield. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Chet Knight, daughter, Corrine, David Clement, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Oehler, and Mr. and Mrs. Seth Barker attended the funeral. Mr. Knight served as one of the pallbearers. 
 

Mr. Kiehl was born in the town of Holton, Sept. 12, 1906. At an early age, he moved to Siren and after his marriage to Ruth Berg, Oct. 13, 1930, they lived at Auburndale. Mr. Kuehl was employed for a time by Mr. Knight at the Thomson Oil Company, but ill health caused him to leave. 
 

He is survived by his widow and seven children and six grand children. Other survivors are four brothers and two sisters.
