Pleasant Ridge
Mrs. Lizzie Wilding spent a few days of last week at Alma Center visiting her daughter, Mrs. Grower.
Mrs. L. B. Reed, accompanied by her two grandsons, Harry and Murray Benedict, went to Black River Falls last Thursday, returning Monday of this week.
James Hyslip has been enjoying a visit from his sister and father of Blair, Wis., the last few days.
Wm Gerhardt received a fine Oxford Down ram last Tuesday from George McKerrow.
Russell Benedict made a flying trip down from Abbotsford Monday, returning Tuesday morning, accompanied by his sister, Norene.
The Pleasant Ridge creamery, with its skimming stations, puts upon the market nearly 5,000 lbs. weekly, at the present time.
Rev.
Ganfield preached his farewell sermon at the Ridge last
Sunday.
