Digoski, Caroline (8 MAY 1954)

Miss Caroline Digoski of Willard (Clark Co., Wis.) became the bride of Chester Przybylski of Thorp (Clark Co.), at a ceremony read at 10 o’clock on Saturday morning at St. Hedwig’s Church in Thorp.

The bride, who is the daughter of Mrs. Josephine Digoski of Willard, wore a white gown of nylon net over satin with lace bodice and fingertip sleeves.  Lace edged the tiers of the skirt and also the nylon veil which was secured to a seed pearl tiara.  The bride carried a waterfall bouquet of white carnations interspersed with streamers studded with rhinestones.

Ballerina-length gowns with accordion pleated skirts and matching headpieces were chosen by the bridal attendants who included Miss Diane Mihalik of Chicago, Ill., as maid of honor, in a rose colored gown; Miss Florence Przybylski of Thorp, and Miss Barbara of Chicago, Ill., as bridesmaids, the former dressed in yellow and the latter in green.  Bouquets of mixed carnations were carried by attendants for the bride.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. William Przybylski of Thorp was attended by his brother, Florian Przybylski of Thorp as best man.  Groomsman was the bride’s brother, Walter Digoski.

Guests were entertained at the home of the bride’s mother that afternoon and in the evening at the Willard West Side Hall.

The bride is employed at the Clark Electric Co. at Greenwood and the groom is engaged in farming.  The couple will reside on the groom’s farm near Thorp.
