GREENWOOD, WIS. -- Teresa Zocher, 89, of Greenwood,
died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at the Clark County Health Care Center
in Owen.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at
Immanuel United Church of Christ in Greenwood. Visitation will be
at the church Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of
services.
Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the
family with the arrangements.

GREENWOOD, WIS. -- Teresa M. Zocher, 89, of Greenwood
died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at the Clark County Health Care Center
in Owen.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday
at Immanuel United Church of Christ, rural Greenwood. Burial will
take place in Forest Hill Cemetery, rural Greenwood, at a later
date. Visitation will be held at the church Thursday from 10 a.m.
until time of service.
Teresa Marie Lewis was born on Nov. 28, 1919, in
Laurel, Neb., the daughter of Richard and Pearl E. (Jones) Lewis.
She was united in marriage to Theodore Krei on Dec. 20, 1938, in
Wayne, Neb. They farmed in Nebraska until moving to Greenwood in
1957. They bought a farm northwest of Greenwood and farmed there
until her husband's death in September 1974.
Teresa was united in marriage to Kurt Zocher on
Oct. 5, 1985, at Immanuel United Church of Christ. He died March 5,
1997. Teresa continued to live in her home until October
2007.
She is survived by one daughter, Janet (Jim)
Petkovsek of Greenwood; a son, Harold "Bud" (Mary) Krei of Fall
Creek; one stepson: Ron (Mary Lou) Zocher of Branford, Conn.; two
stepdaughters, Margot (Chuck) Long of Syracuse, N.Y., and Diane
(Richard) Wirth of Rochester, Wash.; four grandchildren, four
great-grandchildren, several stepgrandchildren,
stepgreat-grandchildren and stepgreat-great-grandchildren; and one
sister, Evelyn Koeller of Cerritos, Calif.
Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family with arrangements.
