Baldeschwiler, Vernon (24 JUN 1954)
Vance Air Force Base, Enid, Okla. - 2nd Lt. Vernon Baldeschwiler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Baldeschwiler, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), was awarded the silver wings of an Air Force pilot and the gold bars of a second Lt. June 10th in graduation ceremonies here in the heart of the Oklahoma’s historic Cherokee Strip.
Lt. Baldeschwiler came to this basic multi-engine pilot training base after taking his primary training in Marianna AFB, Fla.
