A.
C. (Doc) Chase has been named as Wisconsin’s outstanding
conservation warden during 1952. He was given the Haskell
Noyes award at a dinner meeting of the Winnebago county
conservation club. The award was established in 1931 in
memory of a long-time member of the state conservation
commission. It goes each year to the warden who has made the
best record in the state.
Mr. Chase is a son of Neillsville, whose local relatives received worked of this honor paid him.
