Hake, Esther (Nov 22, 1910)
The marriage of Miss Esther Hake, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli Hake, to Henry Hubing was celebrated Tuesday morning at ten o’clock at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. Misses Clara and Celia Hubing, sisters of the groom, acted as maids of honor, and the groom was attended by Warren and Rush Hake, brothers of the bride. The bride was gowned in cream satin and carried a shower bouquet of cream roses. Miss Clara Hubing wore a lavender messalin dress and Miss Celia Hubing a gray messalin. The bride is a bright and very capable young lady, and the groom needs no introduction to the public as he was born and raised on his parent’s farm five miles east of the city. A large wedding was held at the home of the bride. They will leave for their claim in Union, Mont., in about two weeks.
