Kuester, Gotlieb (87th Birthday - 1953) 
 

(First part of this article was missing) celebration of the eighty-seventh birthday of his father, Gottlieb Kuester. 
 

All four of his children were present: they are Mrs. Lydia Dill, Mrs. Albert Fravert and William and Norbert Kuester all of Greenwood. 
 

Others attending were: Mrs. Norbert Kuester and daughter, Gladys; Albert Fravert; Mr. and Mrs. Leon Kuester; Mrs. William Kuester and daughter, Loretta; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Toburen and son, Delmain; Mrs. Clara Liebzeit; Mr. and Mrs. Norman Liebzeit and family; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Liebzeit; Arvin Liebzeit; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Learman and son, Jimmy; Mr. and Mrs. Otto Reineking; Mr. and Mrs. Orlin Fravert; George Braun, Mrs. Emil Noah, Mr. and Mrs. Art Humke, Dr. and Mrs. R. J. Weiher, Mr. and Mrs. Quinton Irvine and Mrs. Alfred Zillmer, all of Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Matkovich, daughter Donna, and son Nicky, of Willard; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Mitte of Globe; and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Kuester of Thorp. 
 

Two large birthday cakes served as centerpieces on the table for the lunch, which was served.  Cards furnished entertainment. 
 

Mr. Kuester received a purse of money and many other gifts and congratulatory messages.
