Fred Huntzicker has a narrow escape from a serious injury last Friday.  Max Opelt’s team, driven by a young man and two girls, got beyond their control and ran south on Hewett Street.  Fred was standing on the corner at Denis Tourigny’s warehouse and did not realize that the team was beyond control, as they were not running.  As the team reached the corner they turned west suddenly, and ran Fred down.  He was knocked down, and the team passed over him.  He was bruised to a considerable extent, but did not otherwise suffer any injury.
