Mr. Donaldson and wife were entertained at Armstrong's Sunday.
Mr. Dewey's mother, Mrs. Tooley, left Sunday for Minnesota, where she will spend the winter with relatives.
The poor deer will catch it tomorrow.
Alba Varney and family, who have been spending the summer in Maine, are home again.
There was no preaching here Sunday on account of the Popple river's high water. Rev. Kloster succeeded in crossing it but by time he reached here it was too late to hold services.
