Pscheidt, Jacob (14 January 1863 - 26 May
1953)
Jacob Pscheidt, 92, died Tuesday at the family
home on West Seventh Street. Funeral services have been
tentatively set for Friday morning at the Catholic Church.
The body is at the Bergemann Funeral Home.

Services for Jacob Pscheidt, 90, who died
Tuesday, May 26, at his home on West Seventh Street, were held
Friday, May 29, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father
Peter Leketas officiating. A general Rosary service was said
Thursday evening at 9:00 p.m. at the Bergemann Funeral Home.
Burial was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
Mr.
Pscheidt, was born in Austria, January 14, 1863. He came to
Menasha, Wis., when he was 17 years of age and on May 24, 1887, was
married to Anna Kraus at Menasha. They lived on a farm near
there until 1912, when they moved to a farm in the Town of
Levis. They lived there until 1941 when they moved to
Neillsville.
He
was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of
Neillsville.
Surviving him besides his widow are two sons,
Arthur J., Milwaukee and Roman of Arizona, and a daughter, Mrs.
Andrew (Clara) Michalski of Chicago. He also leaves a sister,
Mrs. Theresa Hergert of New York.
Two
sons: Jacob, Jr, and Arthur are deceased.
Pallbearers were Frank Dobes, Henry Langreck,
Andrew Michalski, Emil Schendel, Paul Skroch and Joseph
Wavrunek.
Out of town relatives attending the services were: Arthur Pscheidt, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Michalski, Chicago; Mrs. Robert Dolezal and Roberta, Chicago; Mrs. Dave Schwartz and Sandra, Chicago; Mrs. George White and family, Milwaukee; Roman Pscheidt, Jr., Milwaukee; Mrs. Stanley Switalski, Milwaukee; Mrs. Margaret Pscheidt of Appleton; Mrs. Gertrude Kraus, Menasha; Alvina Kraus, Katie Kraus, Mrs. Andrew Brantmeier and Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kraus of Menasha.
