Eisenberner, William Gustave (5 July 1889 - 5
September 1953)
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 8,
for William Gustave Eisenberner, 64, Humbird, who was found dead in
his house trailer Saturday morning by his neighbor, Fred
Dunn. He had been troubled with his heart for several
years. Rites were held from the Bergemann Funeral Home
September 8 with the Rev. William Koehler officiating. Burial
was at Dallas, Wis.
Mr.
Eisenberner was born in the Town of Cleveland, Jackson County, July
5, 1889, to August and Mary Eisenberner. He received his
education in the rural schools of Jackson County. When
he was 17 he went to the west coast with his father. After
returning from serving in World War I he went to work at Cudahy,
where he remained until 1931. Then he moved to Dallas,
Wis. He was married to Mrs. Anna Severson on April 15, 1944.
After the death of his wife in 1948 he made his home in Fairchild
and Humbird.
Surviving relatives include a step-daughter, Mrs.
Grace Lehman of Menomonie, an a step-granddaughter; four brothers;
Edward, Fairchild; Fred Fairchild; Frank Chicago; Arthur of
Milwaukee; one sister, Mrs. Emma Gilleran of the State of Oregon
also survives.
His wife, Anna; and one sister preceded him in death.
