Mr. and Mrs. Burton Wells of Neillsville received word last week of the celebration by Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Alden, now living in Wausau, of their golden wedding anniversary, November 1. The Aldens are former Neillsville residents, having left here about 20 years ago. Mr. Alden operated a barber shop, first over the Neillsville Bank, and then in the building which is now used by the A & P Store for a warehouse.
