NEILLSVILLE -- Joann Hiles, 60, of Neillsville, died Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville. 
 

Joann Kay Hiles was born Dec. 2, 1948, in Neillsville, the daughter of William and Josephine (Chapel) Hiles. She taught at St. Ann's Catholic School in Loyal, Granton Public School and Colby Catholic School, where she was also a teacher's aide. She fed calves on the Zank farms for 6 1/2 years, and also worked at Figi's in Neillsville and in food service at the Memorial Medical Center in Neillsville. 
 

She is survived by her siblings, Linda (Donald) Erickson of Neillsville, Amber (Ronald) Zank of Neillsville, Donna Hanuszczak of Marshfield, Sharon (Mike) Struensee of Neillsville and Mark (Julie) Hiles of Granton. 
 

Funeral services for Joann will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Neillsville. Interment will be in the Windfall Cemetery in Granton. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville and at the church Monday from 10 a.m. until time of services. 
 

The Gesche Funeral Home is assisting Joann's family with funeral arrangements.
