News
Milton Snyder has finished plastering his house and has gone to Medford, where he will work in the woods the coming season for the Standard Lumber Co.
George Whalen came home from Medford last Wednesday, not sick but somewhat under the weather.
P. A. Cross is on the sick list.
Newton, the second son of Melvin Turner, is seriously ill with typhoid fever.
Among the Yorkites who have made improvements this season, we think A. Benedict, the Wilcox merchant, leads.
Patrick Loy of Neillsville, is bricking E. B. Johnson's house.
The recent floods have done considerable damage to roads, bridges and culverts in this vicinity.
