Neillsville News - By Amber Pischer - It was a full house at the Amber and Harvey Pischer home with their four children all home to celebrate their mother’s 80^th birthday; Ken Pischer and wife, Trudy, from San Anselmo, CA; Kathy Hyslop and husband, Tom, from Pewaukee; David Pischer from Edmonds, WA; and Carrie Christie and husband, Dan, from Black River Falls.  Grandchildren visiting were Jason Pischer and Jeannine, from Redondo Beach, CA; Jennifer Barker and Joe from Cincinnati, OH; Kevin Christie, Minneapolis, MN; Lisa Christie, Black River Falls; Lori Christie, Duluth, MN; Anna and Austin Pischer, Edmonds, WA; and great-grandsons, Hudson Pischer, Redondo Beach, CA and Tommy Barker, Cincinnati, OH.   
 

It was a fun but hectic time, a time to reminisce of past birthdays, a time to make new memories.  Friday evening they all enjoyed the tree lighting in the Town Square. All that was missing was the hoped-for-snow by Hudson, who had never seen snow falling from the sky.
