Musil, Janis (Marriage - 28 May
1955)
Miss Janis Musil daughter of James Musil of
Neillsville and Charles Kucirek of Necedah, son of Joseph Kucirek,
were married Saturday, May 28, 1955, at the St. Mary’s
Catholic church of Neillsville. The Rev. Fr. Peter Leketas
performed the double ring ceremony at 9:30 a.m.
The
bride wore a white linen dress embroidered with pink flowers and
carried a bouquet of white carnations.
Mrs. Edward Maurer of Joliet, Ill., attended her
sister as matron of honor.
Joseph Kucirek, Wausau, was his brother’s
best man and Edward Maurer of Joliet, Ill.,
ushered.
A
wedding breakfast was served at the Silver Dome Supper Club which
was decorated with painted daisies.
The
couple is spending their honeymoon in Northern
Wisconsin.
The
bride is a graduate of Miss Wood’s Kindergarten School of
Minneapolis and is now a teacher in the Eau Claire Public Schools.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is now
attending Veterinary School of Medicine at the University of
Minnesota.
Only members of the immediate families were present for the wedding.
