Lige Osgood left a few days ago for Canada with a view of locating, if he likes it.
Fred Tompkins who is conducting a tonsorial parlor here, had put in a stock of candies, tobaccos, pipes, etc., in connection.
Mrs. Baily of Thorp, has been visiting relatives here the past few days.
Last Wednesday evening occurred the wedding of Levi C. Morris to Miss Eunice A. Lee at the home of the bride's parents.
We learn that L. A. Marsh has secured a position from the government to estimate timber in Oklahoma.
The twentieth century will soon be here. Make good resolutions.
We are to have another barber shop here. Seven Kaddal of Minocqua, will establish one.
R. B. Lee and wife of Christie, attended the Morris-Lee wedding last Wednesday evening.
