Mr. Hill moved his family to Iowa last week.
Mr. Pitts, from Neillsville, who has bought land here, is hauling lumber with which to build his house.
Mrs. Wm Westphal went to Neillsville last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Miller are here visiting from Longwood.
A. Halbrader went to Fairchild and Neillsville on business last week.
C. Froehlich and Otto Young went to Neillsville on business Saturday.
L. Bortle's people were over from Greenwood to attend the Palms-Loy wedding. Mrs. Bortle is sister to the bride's mother.
Mrs. Montie is on the sick list.
A wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents, Wednesday, Dec. 19,1900, when Eugene Palms and Miss Florence Loy were united in marriage by Rev. J. Willan, about twenty-five relatives and friends being present. Both parties to this happy contract are well known here, where they have spent most of their lives, and they have everybody's best wishes.
