Naedler, Fern (Marriage - 15 June
1955)
Our
Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Menomonie was the scene June 15
of the marriage of two Neillsville young people. They were
Miss Fern Naedler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hilbert Naedler and
Calvin Swenson, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Swenson.
Only the immediate families of the couple were
present when the Rev. E. T. Boe performed the
ceremony.
The
bride was gowned in a ballerina length princess style gown of white
embroidered organdy over white silkaline. Her elbow length
veil was held by a leaf trimmed band and she carried a bouquet of
white camellias.
She
was attended by her sister, Mrs. Donald Peacock.
The
groom was attended by his brother Charles Swenson, as best
man.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Swenson will reside at 125 E. Ninth St., Neillsville. Mr. Swenson is employed at the post office in Neillsville and in interest with his father in the soft drink business.
