Churches of Neillsville, Wisconsin (1955)
The
Ladies Aid of St. John’s Lutheran Chruch will meet Friday,
July 8, at the church. The committee consists of Mrs. Joe
Kurasz, Mrs. William Kurasz and Mrs. A. C. Meyer. German
services will be conducted Sunday, July 10, at 8:00 a.m. and
English services at 9:30 a.m.
E.
R. Steadman of Eau Claire, state secretary of the Gideons, will
deliver the sermon on Sunday, July 10, at the Congregational
Church. His sermon topic will be "Second Invitation."
The Sewing Guild of the church will meet July 14 at 2:30 p.m. at
the church. Coffee will be served.
The
Methodist Church of Neillsville will have services on July 10 at
11:00 a.m. A member of the Gideons will occupy the pulpit at
this service. Sunday school will meet at 9:30
a.m.
The
Pleasant Ridge Methodist Church will have services on Sunday, July
10 at 9:45 a.m. followed by Sunday school at 10:45
a.m.
"Sacrament "is the sermon topic for Sunday, July
10, at the First Church of Christ Scientist.
The Evangelical and Reformed Church will have services on July 10 at 8:00 a.m., Sunday school at 9:15 a.m. and late services at 10:30 a.m. The Sewing Circle of the church will meet Thursday, July 14.
