Cummings, Duane (? - 1955) 
 

Funeral services for Duane Cummings, 23, were held Tuesday, July 5, from the Georgas Funeral Home. The Rev. Virgil Holmes officiated.  Interment was made in the Neillsville Cemetery. 
 

Pallbearers were: Bud Baerwald, Richard Matheisen, Howard O. Berg, Norman F. Stangl, James J. Kross and Clifford Eckes, all of Marshfield. 
 

Out-of-town- relatives attending the rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Henry Cummings, Mr. and Mrs. John Kroll, Robert Stangl, Marvin Matheisen, Mrs. Albert Matheisen, Arthur W. Zutter, William Veckler, Herbert Bluhm, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bluhm, Kr., Hazel White, Andree R. Berg, Robert Hoffman, and Chet, Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Madison, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Clem Trader, Archie and Shirley Squire and Ellis Jacklin, all of Marshfield; Mrs. Eva Trader, Humbird; Ervin Duca, Ladysmith; Carlton Rudolph and Rai Fritiche, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. James Esselman and Charles Esselman of Chippewa Falls; Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Loeberg, Adell; Mr. and Mrs. James Cummings, Alma Center; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cummings, Black River Falls; Mrs. Walter Sternitzky and daughter of Granton.
