Wells, Mrs. Burton (? - 1955)
Rites for Mrs. Berton Wells were conducted July
13, from the Georgas Funeral Home. Interment took place in
the Neillsville City Cemetery. The Rev. Virgil Holmes, pastor
of the Methodist Church, officiated.
Pallbearers were: Charles Poole, A. E. Wilding,
A. C. Janke, Wilmer Meier, Frank Blumenthaler and Albert
Smith.
Members of the W.R. C. attended the service in a
group.
Mrs. Warren Hemp and Mrs. Belle Gergen were in
charge of the flowers.
Close relatives from out of town attending were: Miss Edith Mackenzie, Oshkosh; Mr. and Mrs. Eno Strand, Fairchild; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lloyd, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Thayer, River Falls.
