In a double ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Martin Stuck at the Calvary Presbyterian Masse Friday, July 29, 1955, Mary Jane, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Hammill of Wenatchee, Wash., became the bride of Ken Kile. Mr. Kile’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Kile, reside in Thorp, Clark Co.
Mrs. Stuck was the pianist.
For her wedding, the bride chose a pink afternoon dress with matching jacket and an orchid corsage.
Attending the couple were the groom’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Kile.
A reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents on 5th Street.
The new Mrs. Kile is a graduate of the Wenatchee High School and attended Wenatchee Valley College. The newlyweds plan to attend Central Washington College of Education in Ellensburg this fall.
A trip is planned to visit relatives and friends at Thorp, Wis., early in September.
