Hart, Rosko (14 February 1894 - July 19, 1956) 
 

Rosko Hart, 62, of Neillsville, Rt. 2, died of a heart attack early Thursday evening while driving his car to the home of a neighbor.  His wife and his sister-in-law, Mrs. Della Hart of North Hollywood, Cal., were with him.  His sister-in-law brought the car to a halt after he was stricken. 
 

Mr. Hart, son of the late George and Mary (Stark) Hart, was born February 14, 1894, in the Town of Hewett.  He received his education there and resided in this area his entire life with the exception of the time he served his country during World War I.  He entered Service June 24, 1918, at Neillsville and served with the medical department.  On January 6, 1919, he was discharged at Camp Funston, Kans.  Mr. Hart was a carpenter. 
 

His marriage to Teresa Holloch took place September 13, 1918, at St. Paul, Minn. 
 

He is survived by his wife and a son, Joseph, of White Bear Lake, Minn.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and the following brothers and sisters: Henry Hart of Neillsville; Charles Hart, Elkhorn; Mrs. Walter (Mary) DeHaven, St. Paul, Minn.; Mrs. Irene Youker, Neillsville; Mrs. Gladys Youker, Syracuse, N. Y.; Mrs. Andrew (Vivian) Clausen, St. Paul, Minn. 
 

Funeral services for Mr. Hart were conducted Monday afternoon from the Bergemann Funeral Home.  The Rev. Arthur Oswald, pastor of the Zion Lutheran Church at Granton, officiated; and interment was in the Neillsville City Cemetery. 
 

Military rites were held at the graveside with the American Legion post in charge. Legion members participating were: Joseph Cardarelle, commander; Joseph Hartung and Ernest Karnitz, color bearers; Gust Carl, Harold Pischer and Leon Stanley, firing squad; Charles Poole, service officer; and DeWayne Dux, Bugler. 
 

Wilfred Galstad, soloist was accompanied at the piano by Miss Sarah Albrecht. 
 

Pallbearers were: John Apfel, Carl Eslinger, Charles Marden, George Mashin, Walter Pollnow and Elmer Polzin. 
 

Out of town relatives attending the rites were: Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hart and family of White Bear Lake.; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hart, Elkhorn; Mr. and Mrs. Walter DeHaven, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Clausen, St. Paul; Mrs. Gladys Youker,  Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Youker and daughter, Melvin Youker, and Miss Beverly Youker, all of Syracuse, N. Y.; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Reed and family, Nedrow, N. Y.; Mrs. Della Hart, North Hollywood, Cal.; Mr. and Mrs. Bert Hart, Los Angeles, Cal.; Clayton Hart, Elkhorn; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Hart and family, Burlington; Mr. and Mrs. Beryl Hart and family Thorp; Anthony Barnett, Mora, Minn., and Ed Payson, Alma Center.
