Hrach, Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand (Golden - 9 October 1956) 
 

The golden wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Hrach was held Sunday at their home on Emery Street, Neillsville. 
 

Mr. and Mrs. Hrach were married 50 years ago October 9, and for 39 years following their marriage they resided on a farm north of the Neillsville mounds.  In 1946 they moved into their present home. 
 

Msgr. Edward Aumann, brother of the bride, performed the wedding ceremony 50 years ago.  Two members of the original wedding party were present: Mary (Aumann) Gaden and Mary (Hrach) Aumann.  
 

Mr. and Mrs. Hrach are the parents of five living children.  One daughter Viola, Mrs. Glenn Mills, died in 1949.  They also have 8 grandchildren. 
 

Present for Sunday’s celebration were: Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Hrach, Neillsville; Agnes Hrach, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ackerman, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. Francis Hrach and Adrienne, Cross Plains; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph (Margaret) Hansen, Mary and Delores, Milwaukee. 
 

Others present were: Msgr. Edward Aumann, Milwaukee; Frank Aumann, Jefferson; Mrs. Tillie Knilans, Delavan; Mrs. Mary Aumann, Mrs. Mary Gaden, Neillsville; Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Aumann, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Aumann, Loyal; Pete Wingentar, Milwaukee; Freda Hrach, Neillsville; Mrs. Claude Mills, Loyal; Glen Mills, Glen, Jimmy, Billy and Jerry, Loyal; and Dorothy Ackerman of New London. 
 

No open house was held, but the day was spent visiting with immediate members of the family.
