Ruzic, Matt (24 February 1877 - November
1956)
Funeral services for Matt Ruzic, 79, were
held Monday at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. Burial
was in the Holy Family Cemetery.
Mr. Ruzic was born in Yugoslavia February
24, 1877. After coming to the United States he worked for
some time in the coal mines, coming to the Willard area in
1919.
He is survived by his wife, the former Anna Buttick, three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Lloyd (Zora) Macknick of Steves Point; Mrs. Edward (Frances) Kokaly of Marshfield; Mrs. Edward (Ann) Mossack of Humbird; Ivan of Greenwood; and Vincent of Humbird; also one brother in Yugoslavia.
