Marcella Elaine Alexander, 9, of Route 1,
Owen, died in St. Joseph’s Hospital Marshfield, at 10:20 a.m.
Friday November 30, 1956.
Death was the result of Leukemia from
which she had been long ill. She was born in St.
Joseph’s Hospital April 6, 1947. Marcella was a pupil
in the fourth grade of Elmwood Graded School, Town of Green
Grove.
Services were held at the North Green
Grove Lutheran Church. Burial was in the South Green Grove
Lutheran Cemetery.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Alexander of Owen; two sisters, Marie Ellen and Marlene Elizabeth, and two brothers, Dale and David, all at home; by her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brecker, Loyal, and her paternal grandmother, Mrs. Bird Alexander of Owen.
