Christie. On Feb. 11, 1890, Mrs. Brown died, and in 1896 Mr.
Brown was united in marriage to Maria L. Simons. Twelve years
ago Mr. and Mrs. Brown removed to a new home, this time taking up
their home just south of Christie, where Mr. Brown rested from his
long years of labor. Deceased was survived his wife and five
children, and three brothers and one sister. The children are

He was a man of high integrity and held the confidence of all his friends. Mr. Brown was buried last Sunday, services being held at the Christie church and interment made in the Christie cemetery. His son, Elmer, and daughter, Mrs. Sarah Chase, were here at the time of the death of their father.
