Tour of Holy Land (1957)
Natural color pictures of a tour through
the "Changing Holy Land" will be shown at Our Savior’s
Lutheran Church, Greenwood, Sunday, March 24, at 8 p.m.
Narrating the tour will be Miss Alyda
Overgaard, teacher and lecturer, who has spent three years of
travel in the lands of the Bible. The pictures and narration
will cover a journey from Rome to Petra, through Jordan and the new
state of Israel.
The pictures will be shown on an "Eye-O-Graphic" projector. It is an inter-denominational, self-instructing picture patented by the United States Government as an educational device for rapid learning.
