National Guard Promotions
(1957)
Heron (Pink) Van Gorden has been promoted
to the rank of captain in the Wisconsin National Guard, according
to word from Madison. He is an officer in the Service
Company, which is located here.
Also receiving a promotion was Clarence DeCremer, formerly of Neillsville, and Owen, who is now a major. He is serving at present as administrative assistant to the commander of the 128th Infantry Regiment. The DeCremer’s now are making their home at 412 Nott Street at Tomah.
