Ashley Marie Jannene and Ryan Frank Umlauft exchanged marriage vows on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford, officiated by Father Gerard Willger.   
 

The bride was given in marriage by her parents.  Music was provided by Kent and Priscilla Schindler, Kim Schindler, Tim Schindler and Mike Glamm. A reception followed at the Veranda, Medford. 
 

Parents of the couple are Julian and Jayne Jannene of Colby, and Rodney and Mary Umluaft of Stetsonville.   
 

The matron of honor was Tiffany Arney, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erin Koch, Ashlie Daniels, and Amber Umlauft, sisters of the groom; Stephanie Karr, Rebecca Rau, Jenna Krasselt and Kalli Schindler, cousins of the bride; and Jennifer Umlauft, sister-in-law of the groom. 
 

Miniature bridesmaids were Kaylie Koch, god-child of the groom and Ella Daniels, niece of the groom.  
 

Best man was Adam Umlauft, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Jordan Umlauft, brother of the groom; Cole Jannene, brother of the bride; Joel Varner, Troy Kilty, Isaac Slipek, and Noah Juedes, friends of the groom; and Garrett Schindler and Travis Schindler, cousins of the bride.  
 

Ushers were Kyle Boyer, friend of the groom and Tyler Schraufnagel, cousin of the groom.  
 

Ashley is a graduate of Colby High School and Carroll College, where she received her clinical doctorate of physical therapy in 2008 and her undergraduate degree in 2006. She is currently employed at Our Lady of Victory Hospital in Stanley as a physical therapist and is an EMT for the Abbotsford Ambulance Service.  
 

Ryan is a graduate of Colby High School and UW-River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy and agricultural business in 2007. He is currently employed with Harmony Country Cooperative in Unity as a sales agronomist.  
 

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and are residing in Abbotsford.
