Rogstad, Mrs. Ole A. (7 March 1883 - 19
July 1957)
Mrs. O. A. Rogstad, 74, of Minneapolis,
died July 19, at the home of her brother, Richard Krantz, at 311 W.
6th Street Neillsville. She had arrived in
Neillsville a week ago for a visit.
Funeral services were held Monday from
the Bethany Lutheran Church, Rice Lake. The Rev. J. C. Stoltenberg
officiated. Burial was made in the Nora Cemetery at Rice
Lake. Local arrangements were made by the Georgas Funeral
Home.
Mrs. Rogstad was born March 7, 1883, at
Atwater, Minn., the daughter of the late John P. and Wilhelmina
(Stramstadt) Krantz. She received her education in the
Rice Lake Schools and resided there until her marriage to Ole A.
Rogstad on December 10, 1908, at Rice Lake. They lived in
Oshkosh, and for the past 13 years had resided in Minneapolis. She
was active in social and dramatic affairs.
She is survived by a sister, Anna Messersmith, Gainsville, Fla., and Mr. Krantz.
