(1957)
Marine Pvt. Robert Hainzlsperger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hainzlsperger of Neillsville, was scheduled to finish four weeks of individual combat training August 30, at the Marine Corps base, Camp Pendleton, Calif. The course includes the latest infantry tactics, first aid, demolitions; field fortifications and advanced schooling on weapons. Trainees learn that all Marines are basically infantrymen, whether they serve as cooks, typists, truck drivers, or with aviation units.
