Bieneck, Caroline (5 July 1882 - 15
November 1957)
Funeral servicers were held Tuesday for
Miss Caroline Bieneck, 75, who died November 15 in
Neillsville. The Rev. Alfred Schewe of St. John’s
Lutheran Church officiated, and burial was made in the Neillsville
City Cemetery.
Miss Bieneck, daughter of the late Henry
and Rosina (Schwerton) Bieneck, was born July 5, 1882, in Germany.
She came with her parents in April, 1883, to the United States and
settled on a farm in Clark County. She received her education
here and afterward did millinery and dressmaking. She had
been ill for the last 2 ½ years.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Emma
Schlinkert, and a brother, Ernest Bieneck both of
Neillsville.
Pallbearers were: William Duge, Walter Aumann, John Gloff, Elmer Frantz, Joe Kurasz and Wilbert Kalsow.
