Neillsville, Wisconsin High School (Forensics - 1958)
The forensic program of Neillsville High
School is now underway, with Miss Daphne Beeckler directing
humorous declamation, serious declamation, original oratory,
four-minute speech, extemporaneous reading and extemporaneous
speaking. Miss Patricia Grady is directing humorous
declamation and play reading. Mrs. Harriette Hoesly is
directing learned oratory and interpretive reading.
Approximately 65 students are enrolled, the largest number in the history of Neillsville High School. The Thespian Club, which was organized three years ago as a forensic and dramatics organization, has added impetus to the interest now being shown.
