Drescher, Ervin (28 March 1903 - 18 January 1958) 
 

Ervin Drescher, 54, of Rt. 1, Chili, suffered a heart attack January 18, while doing chores at his farm in the Town of Fremont.  The rescue squad from Chili was called but efforts to revive him were unsuccessful. 
 

Mr. Drescher was born March 28, 1903, in the Town of Lynn.  He attended the Lynn School and resided in the township until his marriage to Gladys Harriman of Chili, which took place April 27, 1932.  Following their marriage they moved onto a farm in the Town of Fremont, where he farmed for the last 26 years. 
 

Mr. Drescher is survived by his wife and the following children: Mrs. Robert (Joan) Prust, Spencer; Mrs. Daniel (Joyce) Mueller, Chili; Janeth, Theodore and Bernard, at home; and a grandchild.  Other survivors include two brothers, Otto of Sheboygan, and Ezra of Clintonville; and six sisters, Mrs. Wesley (Martha) Henke of Lowell, Mrs. Luther (Helen) Lindow of Chili, Mrs. Harry (Nelda) Schlinsog of Loyal, Miss Elsie Drescher of Milwaukee, Mrs. Martin (Adela) Rusch, Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. William (Mary) Lindow, Chili. 
 

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday in Marshfield.  The Rev. Eugene Antrim, pastor of the Evangelical United Brethren Church of Chili, officiated.  Burial (a few lines were missing).
