Barr, Carol (Marriage - 31 January
1958)
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Barr of Neillsville,
announce the marriage of their daughter, Carol, to Marvin Pischer,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Pischer, also of Neillsville, Friday,
January 31, out-of-state.
The groom is a graduate of Neillsville
High School, served in World War II, and has been employed in
Chicago, Black River Falls and more recently Neillsville. The bride
also a graduate of Neillsville High School and has been working as
a Nurse’s aid at Memorial Hospital.
The groom left Saturday afternoon for Troy, N. Y., where he has taken employment with Behr-Manning Manufacturing Company. After a 30-day school program, he will return to Neillsville for his bride. He expects to be assigned somewhere in the Middle East.
