Schlinsog, Alma Susan (30 August 1897 - 22 March 1958) 
 

Mrs. Walter Schlinsog, 60, Rt. 2, Granton, died March 22 at her home in the Town of Grant.  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon from the Zion Lutheran Church. The Rev. E. T. Keller officiated, and burial was made in the parish cemetery. 
 

Alma Susan Riedel was born August 30, 1897, in the Town of Lynn, daughter of the late David and Augusta (Barth) Riedel.  She was married December 16, 1916, to Walter Schlinsog at her home in Granton by the late Rev. Martin Hasz.  She was baptized and confirmed in the Zion Lutheran Church of which she was a lifetime member. 
 

Mrs. Schlinsog is survived by her husband; a son, Robert of the Town of Grant; and four daughters, Mrs. Mladen (Esther) Nodakovic and Miss Arlene Schlinsog, Milwaukee; Mrs. Roger (Jeanette) Frank, Wood Lake, Minn., and Miss Donna Schlinsog of Hilbert. Three sisters, Mrs. Alvina Rinehart and Mrs. Elsie Hubing both of Milwaukee and Mrs. Pauline Kohl, San Francisco, Cal., a brother, Adolph Riedel of the Town of Grant, and three grandchildren also survive. 
 

Pallbearers were: Edward, Edwin and John Barth, Elmer Anderson, Glen Peterson and Edwin Jahr. 
 

Funeral arrangements were made by the Gilbertson Funeral Home.
