Kissinger, Philip (20 December 1872 - 19
March 1958)
Funeral services for Philip Kissinger,
85, who died in St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, March 19,
were held from the Myre Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Saturday.
He was born in Clark County December 20,
1872, and lived in this county all of his life. He was
married to Alma Davis in the Town of Sherman in 1894. She
died in 1956.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs.
Emily Genett of Marshfield, Mrs. Edward (Geneva) Tice, Rockford,
Ill., and Mrs. Jack (Alberta) Teresenski of Oneida; by 24
grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
The Rev. Wendell Bennetts officiated.
Burial was made in the Loyal Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Alfred Gray, Franklin
Rueth, Frank Schwanke, Dan Wolter, John Castner, and Art
Lucht.
Among the relatives from out of town who attended the services were: Mr. and Mrs. Jack Teresenski, Oneida; Mr. and Mrs. Edward Tice, Rockford, Ill.; and Mrs. Emily Genett and family, Marshfield.
